Senior Sales Manager / Industrial Digitalization

At Siili Solutions we work with ambitious organizations on their digital development roadmaps, and the Industrial Sector sales team focusing on manufacturing, energy, construction, FMCG and food industries is now looking for a new colleague. As our new Senior Sales Manager, you are involved from the start in influencing the solutions that will form the competitive advantage of the Finnish industry sector in the coming years.

YOUR ROLE

In this position you are responsible for generating revenue from both new and existing customers by uncovering opportunities and tailoring value adding solutions. You enjoy working throughout the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals. Your days include both more independent work, building the pipeline, as well as leading teamwork when crafting the optimal proposal for a customer need. We will provide you with the tools and supportive colleagues required to succeed in this role.

IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You have worked for some years in a sales role and achieved good
    results
  • You can identify customer maturity, business opportunities and
    challenges in a digital context, and suggest optimal solutions based on
    these
  • Understanding industrial sector processes and mechanisms (e.g.
    operational excellence, supply chain, sales & marketing, pricing,
    demand & supply planning, Industry 4.0 concepts)
  • You have experience selling Data and Cloud related services or
    consulting (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • You communicate fluently both in Finnish and English
