Senior C++/MCU Developer

Wroclaw, Szczecin

We are looking for Senior C++/MCU Developer to join our troop. Experienced developers who can handle difficult architectural, development and technology tasks that pop up in our challenging projects every day. We work with a multitude of technologies and frameworks. We put lots of focus on creating software that is scalable, durable and has an excellent user experience. Therefore, we look for candidates that are open to multidisciplinary projects.

You will:

Develop MCU targeted UI framework for one of the most well-known company in the industry.
Work on the one of the most innovative products targeting embedded and automotive-grade devices (a lot of R&D work).
Create and extend modeling language for UI description.
Design and implement features that will be used by the other developer all over the world.
Be involved in end-to-end product development cycle: feature design, implementation, automatic testing , CI/CD, documentation, release process, bug fixing.
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve relevant issues based on testing, and user validation.
Develop our know-how by involvement in our internal R&D projects

You bring:

7+ years of C++ experience in modern standards
2+ years in MCU/Embedded development
Good skill in high-performing 2D graphics
Experience in creating complex application architectures
Skillset for improving application performance and memory footprint
Very good English language skills
Improvements to our way of work to make it better
Key Attitudes: Inner Drive, Maturity, Cooperativeness

Bonus Points:

Experience in Qt/QML development is a great advantage
Experience with LibClang, source code syntax parsing and transpiration techniques
Familiarity with Real Time Operating Systems would be a plus
Experience in developing user interfaces on embedded systems
Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
Domain knowledge with automotive infotainment systems
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
Experience working in an agile software development process
Ability and willingness to technically lead the team, process or project
