TO BE SIILI`S HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY
We are on our way to establishing a world-class learning organisation and aiming for a sustainable competitive edge through Siili´s technological capability. Now we are looking for a “people–first” focused Head of Technology to lead our technical competence development and technology community.
If you have a proven ability to think critically and laterally, a big heart, business acumen, an understanding of talent management, culture and mentorship skills, and a passion for solving the most meaningful problems through technology, then this might be your role.
As a Head of Technology, you will work in multidisciplinary teams combining design with technology and data to solve our customers’ business challenges. In your role, you will lead our technical competence community and work for the customer advisory team, giving you the best insight into the technical opportunities in our customers’ businesses. Our ideal new colleague enjoys solving business problems and loves to enable people to grow.
In a nutshell, as our new Head of technology, you will
- Establish an innovative approach to developing technology skills
- Build winning teams, inspire and coach our customers and employee in technology-driven questions
- Provide clear development plans for our technology community - developers to grow professionally and have fun in the process
- Represent Siili at relevant industry events and help to drive Siili`s reputation as the technology powerhouse
- Use your heart, facilitate challenging discussions with empathy, and inspire passion and ambitions
- Balance user, business, and organisational perspectives to find the optimal solutions to clients’ situations. You will need to look at things holistically and quickly spot underlying challenges and potential opportunities in cases.
A GOOD START TO BEGIN WITH
We feel we can help you build your story the most when you have:
- An exceptional understanding of how to develop technical people
- Proven experience building, managing, and sustaining successful teams across geographies and contributing to the growth of the business
- 10+ years experience in technology competence development
- Masters/Graduate Degree
- Exceptional communication skills (both in conversation and writing), emphasising pitching and presentations, running work sessions and articulating and defending design decisions.
- Proven track record partnering with multiple disciplines on projects and practices
- Coaching skills, ambition and humility to develop yourself.
