Cloud Engineering Apprentice

Mentor & Apprentice is a pathway to the IT consulting industry for aspiring talents who are eager to work on meaningful projects and solve challenging problems. You may be at the beginning of your career or willing to turn a new page in your professional story (1–3 years of working experience).

The most important thing is your curiosity, enthusiasm to learn new skills, and willingness to grow into an IT consultant role working closely with the customer. M&A is a safe environment for learning the skills needed to succeed as a consultant, in actual real-life projects.

We will have four streams: software development, cloud engineering, business process automation, and test automation. Each stream recruits 2–4 people. Our instructors and mentors are skilled experts with years of experience in the IT industry. They are all passionate about helping others and teaching solid development principles.

Public cloud platforms are the foundation of modern software development. They enable scalable solutions from small to enterprise projects providing infrastructure for serverless development, modern data platforms, automation, AI, and so much more.

As a Cloud Apprentice, you will grow to become a Cloud Engineering professional who can build secure and optimized cloud infrastructure solutions with modern tools, making cool things possible.

Candidate’s background:

• Master/Bachelor thesis or equal finished – studies must have been completed.
• Self-learned experts are valid to apply, if there is clear and convincing evidence of the experience and competence.
• Relevant work experience (1–3 years) in IT industry, preferably in a cloud project.
• Some experience in cloud solutions.
• Some scripting experience for example Python, PowerShell or Terraform etc.
• Finnish is not a requirement, but it is a plus.
