Web Analyst

We are looking for a Mid- or Senior level web analyst, with positive consulting attitude, growth mindset and good understanding of the modern web analytics playground. As an important member of our Digital Experience team, you will be working on continuously optimizing and improving cutting edge digital products and services for our customers, pushing our data-driven design & development competence to the next level.

Tasks

• Helping our customers grow their business and create value, by improving data-informed decision making through holistic use of analytics and user insights.

• Providing colleagues and customers with tools and access to user insights, through coaching, creating dashboards, managing accounts, and occasionally creating reports.

• Planning, coordinating and implementing web analytics work across multiple customer teams, where we are developing their products and services in an agile way.

• Both hands-on work and strategic planning work. You are able to debug GTM installation, discuss about GDPR interpretations, clean up GA setups, facilitate measurement plans and sell the next steps of analytics work in projects.

• Work may fluctuate between shorter projects or continuous work for several customers as well as longer term assignments at one customer, at their premises.

Core skills we are looking for

• Good understanding of web analytics, tools, processes and limitations.

• Ability to facilitate, and lead measurement and analytics work in agile product development teams.

• Experience of Google tools, Tag Manager and Google analytics is a must.

Experience and skills we highly appreciate

• Experience using other tools such as Adobe, Matomo, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Google Data Sudio, JavaScript

• Data-driven marketing, marketing optimization and personalization

• A/B testing experience

• Search engine optimization (SEO)

• Experience in design research, UX design or web development

• Facilitation skills
