We are looking for a Tribe Lead for our Backend Tribe.

This role is first and foremost about people. You will be supporting and sparring your tribe members’ competence development and career planning. Empathy, a sense of belonging, and the overall well-being of the tribe members are the key elements of the Tribe Lead work.

You will help your tribe members to grow and flourish by supporting their career journey as digital professionals. We believe in our people and want to support their curiosity and passions with a good mentor by their side.

So, in a nutshell you will:

• • Deliver high quality projects for our customers in lead developer role
  • Build the overall company backend capability e.g., by coaching, building assets and guiding the personnel competence development
  • Align development directions with company offering and client needs
  • Follow the backend / full stack trends and apply them to Siili business
  • Time to time you will be offering your technical know-how in sales processes
  • And most important, take care of consultants’ well-being in general, drive their development by coaching personally, arrange tribe meetings, study groups and lab projects

With this background you will nail this role:

• • Strong background in JVM ecosystem and/or .NET in general
  • Knowledge about sw architecture
  • Good understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
  • You know what we are talking about when someone says cloud-native development
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills and passion for coaching
