Service Manager

We are looking for Service Manager to join our troops. By taking this role, you would be the center of our growing competence team. 
As a Service Manager you have the chance to work from interesting and varying customer small scale development projects to bigger scale support projects. We have exceptionally experienced and skilled professionals who share strong craftsmanship and passion for continuous development.
Our Service Managers are not be tied up in single technology, industry or product.
We are eager to learn new skills and we offer you great opportunities to constantly develop yourself further.

Possible job locations:
Covid-time remotely
Wrocław (After the pandemic)
You will:
  • Support team management
  • Service management for clients
  • Maintain and improve quality of support & maintenance process
  • Handle customer communication and reporting
  • Ensuring agreed SLA levels
  • Manage communication with the development team on changes and new requirements
  • Fluent in English and Polish (written / spoken)
Extra points for:
  • ITIL knowledge/certificate is highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of service desk and requirement management tools is a plus (esp. Jira / Confluence)
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or equivalent
You bring:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Service Management or Project Management
  • Collaborative attitude

  • Experience with the software development process
