TO BE A SERVICE DESIGNER WITH DATA AND AI LITERACY
Do you want to be the design-forerunner leading AI concept creation for industries in close collaboration with customers and various stakeholders? Do you want to create meaningful human experiences for AI solutions with thoughtful considerations in ethics?
With the exciting launch of our new AI & Data Works component at Siili, we are now on the lookout for Service Designers to join the crew. In this newly created position, you will work alongside with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other Designers to enable our clients to identify key opportunities in leveraging AI & data within their businesses.

At Siili, you will work with enthusiastic data and design professionals constantly developing new ways of unlocking the power of AI. Siili has launched AI Design Sprint™, which enables discovering holistic AI opportunities across an organization, in addition to improved products and processes enabled through AI solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
We are looking for Service Designers with strong interest in working with data and AI through the human-centered approach. We have great opportunities for Service Designers with different backgrounds. Previous hands-on experience as a Design Lead, Service Designer or UX Designer in the projects of data analytics, process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or ethical technology gives you a smooth start in this position.
However, those are not mandatory requirements as long as you are eager to roll-up your sleeves, ready to learn and leverage your solid service design experience through data-driven approach. If you are ready to take on more responsibilities, you can take part in the project sales/offer work and might also drive the entire design process as a project lead.
We can help you build your story the most when you have at least:
- Solid knowledge and practical experience from applying design thinking and service design methods.
- Good understanding of business development and strategy work, e.g. utilizing data as part of service development, business strategies development, processes optimization.
- Experience of developing data solutions or digital services in an agile environment.
- Experience in working at a technology agency or consulting gives you a smooth start in our client projects and is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interaction skills as well as an ability to facilitate workshops with different stakeholders.
- Fluent oral and written proficiency in English, Finnish being a strong advantage.
