Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for Java Back-End Developer to join our troop. Experienced developers who can handle difficult architectural, development, and technology tasks that pop up in our challenging projects every day. We work with a multitude of technologies and frameworks and frequently cross the backend – frontend boundary. We put lots of focus on creating software that is scalable, durable, and has an excellent user experience. Therefore, we look for candidates that are open to multidisciplinary projects.

We are looking for candidates with experience in selected backend technologies, tools, languages, and frameworks:

• 5+ years of hands-on, professional experience
• Very good experience with Java 8-14
• Good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Gradle, and Git
• Experience with RESTful services
• Experience in working on cloud-based technologies AWS/ GCP or Azure
• Experience in Docker containerization
• Eagerness to learn new things
• Agile/lean way of working
• Skills of continuous integration and testing as well as real-time diagnostics
• Very good English language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in Clojure
• Experience with any web framework like React, Vue.js, Angular.js is needed if you're leaning towards the frontend development
• Good knowledge of OpenID/OAuth2 standard
• Experience with IAAC e.g. Terraform
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster orchestration
• Task-oriented, self-organizing, responsible
• Key Attitudes: Inner Drive, Maturity, Cooperativeness 
• Good understanding of Agile development
