At Siili Solutions we work with ambitious organizations on their digital development roadmaps, and we are looking for a new colleague focusing on building new customer relationships. As our new Sales Coordinator, you are a key person in finding new growth opportunities and opening new fruitful discussions with our current and future customers.

YOUR ROLE

In this position your main task is to be the first point of contact with the key decision makers of Finland’s leading companies. You will become an expert on articulating the value propositions of our key spearhead offerings and finding customers for whom we can bring the most value with our end-to-to consulting competences, like Design, Data & AI, Portals, eCommerce, Intelligent Automation and Continuous Services

You enjoy working throughout the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, with most focus on the early phases of the deals. Your days include both more independent work, building the pipeline, as well as working with your Sales, Marketing and Advisory colleagues to craft outbound sales strategies and approaches. We will provide you with the tools and and a team of supportive colleagues required to succeed in this role.

IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

In order for you to be successful in the role, we expect you to have a commercial mindset with interest for tech business. Optimally, you don’t shy away from picking up the phone and you have some experience in cold calling although this is not required.

In addition to customer work, you will be working with a large number of different internal stakeholders. This requires you to be proactive in your work and good with people.

The key skills and experience for this role are:

• Some previous experience on outbound sales work
• Ability to identify business opportunities and challenges in a digital context
• Understanding of general business processes and sourcing of large organizations
• You communicate fluently both in Finnish and English
