Junior Graphic Designer

Our internal SIILI Marketing Team has a wonderful and skilled AD Juha, without whom we would constantly bump into a visual brick wall. The problem is that we have too many needs for him to succeed on his own. So, we have started a quest to find a skilled co-pilot for Juha.

We decided upon the title “Junior Graphic Designer”, although it matches the role quite loosely. Eventually the person selected creates the role as we move forward. But in order to shine in this role, Juha told he would highly appreciate the following characteristics:

  • Both, an eye for detail and ability to understand the big picture of the SIILI brand. So, one could see that each asset we create is a part of a solid continuum.
  • A continuous development -mindset. No asset should be considered as ready but an advanced version of the previous.
  • You’re not afraid of routine tasks, ad hoc assignments, and working sometimes even with minuscule details
  • Ability and willingness to fluently work with Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint. It is a benefit if you have additional skills related to InDesign and After Effects. The role probably stretches over time from these tools based on your interests and skills.
  • As personal traits Juha, and all of us for that matter, wishes you to be organized, thorough, empathetic and nice. Certain sense of (dark and twisted) humour is a pre-requisite while working with this team :)
  • At least a few years of working experience among these topics is definitely a plus. But what Juha is especially interested is your rich, versatile and original portfolio.
