We are now looking for a servant leader who has a broad knowledge of how to build modern digital services with agile methods and passion for people. You will be heading group of tribal leaders from our Business Unit; helping and coaching them with your experience to be better leaders for their own teams. You will be doing close co-operation with our sales team and bringing valuable technical knowledge for customer interface. You have important role in further developing offering for our Business Unit and supporting in RFI and RFP work.

We would appreciate if you have experience as supervisor for several years and enjoy work for leading people and extensive experience on building modern digital services with agile methods. You have good technical background and knowledge of modern technologies used in digital services, good knowledge of DevOps and how to utilize it in practice. Knowledge of architecture is seen as a bonus.
