What will I do?
- Work in small teams,
- Analyze problems and identify opportunities that may deliver the most value for the client,
- Collect, analyze and document business requirements,
- Manage requirements through the entire lifecycle,
- Communicate and prepare results of your work in English,
- Assist the team in creating development plans and in the cost & effort estimation process,
- Assist QA team in defining and following Acceptance Criteria and quality metrics,
- Manage business stakeholders by assuring mutual understanding between the business and development teams,
- Run discovery workshops, interviews, demonstration sessions with the stakeholders,
Where can I work?
- You can join our teams in studios located in Wroclaw or Szczecin (Poland).
What do I need to know?
- English language sufficiently to conduct meetings and prepare project documentation,
- agile software development way of working,
- how to specify an appropriate method to run business analysis activities,
- effective decision making, and approval processes,
- various elicitation techniques to gather all necessary outcomes to prepare business specifications,
- how to grasp new business domains quickly and efficiently,
- how to facilitate on-site and remote meetings.

- "Can do" attitude and open mindset,
- good understanding of agile development,
- ability to create prototypes and different kinds of models (UML, BPMN),
- how to utilize various tools to produce functional specification and tailor it for specific needs,
- knowing best approaches for quality assurance in end-to-end solution delivery,

- openness to rapidly changing environments and capable to handle a variety of tasks.
