We are looking for an Automation Ops Expert to join SKALER, our automation task force. In this role, you will be key player in the delivery of next generation Robotic Process Automation solutions with open source technologies, solving real business problems and helping our clients work more efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to join the open source movement in business process automation!

What are we looking for?  

We are looking for a service-oriented IT expert with a bit of a background in RPA/Intelligent Automation/Hyperautomation to take on a key role in the delivery of SKALER’s continuous services. As an Automation Ops Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and resilience of our customers’ process automation solutions, support the continuous improvement of existing solutions, as well as craft entirely new solutions. We expect you to participate in the development of our continuous services best practices and, if you’re up to it, take ownership of specific service processes and improvement areas. 

Everything we do, we do it with our clients in mind. Therefore, we expect good communication skills both in Finnish and English. You should be capable of maintaining professional dialogue regarding technical suggestions, decisions, designs and solutions with both technical and a more non-technical audience. 

This role provides room for growth. We do not expect you to be familiar with our practices and know everything out of the box. But we do value if you have:  

• A few years of experience in delivering continuous services in the domain of intelligent process automation or RPA (interference management, change requests, service production, ITIL). 
• Experience in AWS, Python, Robot Framework, Jenkins, MongoDB, MS Power Platform 
• Advanced skills in Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) products 
• Enthusiasm for customer service, CI/CD, programming, and business process automation.
