Principal Consultant - AI Business

Principal Consultants develop Siili´s offering and thought leadership on digital customer experience. In this role your focus area will be utilization of AI and analytic solutions on customer experience. As Siili Principal Consultant you have a leading role in ensuring that Siili’s Digital Experience assignments are meeting client’s strategic objectives. Clients senior leadership across various functions see you as trusted partner in building new competitive advantages, accelerating growth and improving efficiency. You will work closely with our customers´ C-level and product owners to ensure deep understanding of customers business situation and targeted changes. In assignments that can be a few months projects or continuous partnerships you take overall responsibility from the proposal phase to final delivery. You work in harmony with designers, technical project managers and specialists from various competence areas and you have key role in developing Siili’s offering and delivery capability.

Experience at senior level in driving strategic changes
Holictic understanding of linking strategy, designing, technology and data
References of AI solutions e.q. recommendations, predictions
Brilliant understanding of business processes and how utilize AI in different business cases
Understanding how AI solutions can be used in Digital Customer Experience (libraries, tooling, components, operators)
Knowledge of ML, Deep Learning and predictive analytics in Digital Customer Experience
