This workshop provides simple and easy-to-use methods for developing your own communication and interaction skills and for better understanding the behavior and communication styles of others.
The concrete tools and techniques introduced in this workshop can be used to create a connection with others, thus improving communication and interaction. These skills are needed, for example, in formulating a common goal, facing change, in teamwork and in making presentations.
