  • Traditionally, business has had very little to do directly with system development. This can lead to some serious worst-case-scenarios: agendas don’t meet, and different operators don’t see eye-to-eye.

Common ground and shared understanding between business and information management enables seemless cooperation, faster time-to-market development, accurate prognoses for system development efforts, and better evaluation of results. Resourcing improves, and employees grow happier.

At the very core of this training is building abilities to reform business and bring it up to date – participants learn to practice proper follow-through procedure in order to better strategic projects timely, faster, and more effectively.

During the course you will learn…

To understand how the strategy of an enterprise guides agilility in a changing operating environment.

Hands-on tools for bringing business goals over into information system development in such a way, that all operators gain a shared vision of the prioritization.

Tools for measuring, analyzing, and controlled tracking of progress.
