Siili Solutions Plc has entered into an agreement under which it has agreed to acquire Talentree’s software development focused business unit. The goal is to complete the business purchase by the beginning of May 2023. This new acquisition means Siili both covers new territory for business in Kuopio, Finland, and bolsters its software development expertise by gaining 11 new talented professionals. The parties have agreed that the purchase price will not be published.
Headquarter in Kuopio, Finland, Talentree is a specialist company of around 50 employees focusing on strategy-oriented business development. They have also enjoyed significant recognition as an excellent place to work: the company received Great Place to Work certification in 2021. After the transaction has been completed, Talentree will continue its operations with business management consulting and accounting outsourcing services.
With Talentree’s software development expertise, Siili aims to make the Kuopio office one of the city's most attractive workplaces in the IT field. Siili offers its employees exciting customer projects and development opportunities together with a people-oriented culture. Siili plans to increase the headcount of the Kuopio office significantly over the forthcoming years.
