Responsible leader in AI Transformation
“AI’s impact is growing rapidly, and its responsible use requires systematic governance, transparency, and continuous improvement from companies. The ISO/IEC 42001 certification is our way to ensure that we operate ethically, transparently, and in anticipation of EU regulation,” says Seppo Takanen, Siili’s CISO.
The certification demonstrates that Siili not only develops and applies AI, but does so in a way that respects individual rights, data security, and social responsibility. This strengthens Siili’s position as a trusted and strategic partner for clients implementing AI responsibly.
ISO/IEC 42001 is the world's first standard specifically aimed at artificial intelligence management systems. The certification supports Siili's strategy to be a leader in the AI transformation; both in developing its customers’ and Siili’s own operations.
Certification process completed with zero major non-conformities
The audit, conducted by Bureau Veritas Certification Finland, found no major non-conformities. The certificate was officially granted to Siili on October 15, 2025.

The certification is an important step in Siili’s long-term strategy to lead responsibly through the AI transformation — both in developing its own operations and in helping clients adopt AI safely and transparently.
Siili Solutions now holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certifications, underscoring its commitment to quality, security, and sustainability.
