After an introduction to the theory and key concepts, you’ll have the opportunity to try some of the most common methods and tools on a hands-on imaginary case, spanning from the exploration of the problem space to the testing of a possible solution.

About the facilitators
Andrea Vianello is a design researcher and UX designer at Siili since 2018. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher in Human-Computer Interaction at the Helsinki Institute for Information Technology and Aalto University. He received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Udine, Italy, where he worked in the HCI Lab.
Juha-Matti Kosonen is a senior designer and a design leader, working mainly in service and business design context. He holds a Master's Degree from Aalto University's International Design Business Management -program, which integrates business, design, and technology.
